UPTURNER & PLOUGH - Specially designd Uptumer with High Quality Stainless Steel Blades in slow speed setting is used for even fermentation and maintain Grades.Rotary type Comb Plough is incorporated to break the compactness of tea and allow air beneath the surface to pass through upper layers for even fermentation. FEED CONVEYOR WITH SPREADER - The Feed Conveyor consists of Food Grade PVC Belt along with Helical Spreader ensures regulated and even spread feed of withered leaves. OPTIONAL FEATURES: EXTENDED BELT -An Extended Belt to reduce the feed height and for direct feeding from CTC to Ghoogie. VARIABLE FERMENTING TIME SETTER - To set the time limit for various fermentation limits based on ambient RH and Temperature to avoid manual effort. CENTRALIZED OPERATING CONSOLE -V- Guided are provided on PES Belts for Zero Tracking. VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE - Knob driven mechanical variable speed drive facilitates wide variation in Fermenting time from 35 to 145 minutes. AUTO BELT CLEANING MECHANISM -High Pressure Pump injecting water is fitted with PES Belt for continuously cleaning and removing residues on return circuit. BALL BREAKERS - Full width Stainless Steel Ball Breakers with independent drive for easy cleaning is available. OSCILLATING CONVEYOR - For feeding the rolled leaves uniformly onto the PES Belt without using the full width of the feed conveyor and spreader. DISCHARGE CONVEYOR - To focus the discharge of the tea in the wider PES Belt from either sides or centre onto a narrower conveyor for further processing. AUTO BELT TRACKING - A Pneumatic Auto Belt Tracking System that ensures self-aligning of belts and avoid run- off AUTO TEMPERATURE MAINTAINENCE - The Pneumatic Individual Damper automatically regulated by PLC maintains the desired temperature in each module and maintain even fermentation despite uneven ambient conditions this eliminates individual temperature indicators. |
