KEY FEATURES:

UNIQUE DESIGN - The Chain Grate is specially designed to provide uniform feed of Coal and to maintain steady temperature along with economical Coal consumption accompanied by simple operation with reduced maintenance and suitable for any Heaters.

CHAIN BELT - Fabricated with High Carbon Steel to withstand high temperature and heat of the heater and to feed coal with ease.

FEED CONTROL - To control the Quantity of Coal supplied the two techniques are available either Electronically using Variable Frequency Drive to regulate thickness by adjusting Belt speed or Mechanically by adjusting the Heater Door Opening.

DRIVE MOTOR - A motor drives the chain belt and propels forward to burn the Coal instantly at the Furnace of Heater.

ASH PIT - The Finishing end of the chain bed deposits the burnt coal ashes into the ash pits positioned below.

AIR BOX - The Ambient air forced by FD fan through the duct is stored in the air box in the rotating direction and the burning of the Coal is maintain without a pause.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL - A single Electrical Console can be provide for simple operation.
