KEY FEATURES:

CYLINDER - Fabricated by Forging and machining of abrasion resistant Premium Quality Stainless Steel to withstand maximum pressure.

PEDESTAL MOUNTINGS - Pedestal Mountings are made of Heavy Gauge MS to bear the entire assembly and High enough to discharge the tead directly onto the CTC Feed Con¬veyors.

WORM, RESISTOR & VANES - High Quality Stainless Steel is used to fabricate the WORM, RESISTOR & VANES. The Worm and Vanes are positioned at right angles and rotate in Clockwise direction to discharge tea.

IRIS DISCHARGE - The Iris Plates or Cones made of Corrosion resistant Stainless Steel is provided to control the amount of withered leaves discharged into the Cylinder.

RACK & PINION - An handle operated Rack and Pinion arrangement is provided to slide the Cylinder for easy cleaning.

ROTORSHAFT - Rotorshaft made of upgraded Alloy is positioned eccentrically within the Cylinder.

REDUCTION WORM GEARBOX - A Heavy-duty Single Reduction Worm Gearbox is directly coupled to Rotorshaft.

DRIVE-A motor is placed within the fabricated Steel Base and is connected to the Gear Box Input Shaft through V- Pulleys and V - Belts.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

REVERSE VANE PROFILE - with desired numbers and position in Rotor - Vane assembly if being specified in advance.

CONE DISCHARGE - instead of Flat iris type can be provided.

HIGHER SIZE GEARBOX/MOTOR - can be supplied for situation involving High Load than normal.

COUNTER SHAFT DRIVES - with different Pulleys for different speeds can be issued.

SINGLE ROTOR SHAFT WITHOUT TRUNION - can be provided on extra cost.
