KEY FEATURES:

DESIGN - The Machine is uniquely designed as a Slow Speed Fiber Extractor for removing Fiber Content from CTC Tea by Electrostatic Technique.

BODY - Fabricated from MS Channels and Angles for rigid and robust structure and noise free operation.

TRAY & ROLLERS - A Dimple Tray made of Aluminium is placed on the frame with an ability to vibrate causing the Tea to move about the specially designed Black PVC Rollers above the Tray rotating at Low Speed and Statically charged through friction by constantly touching the Woolen Felts allowing uniform and even fiber Picking.

Once the Tea touch the Rollers they expose Lighter Fibers and they are collected by an individual Chute.

The Tray is fixed with a Graduation Scale to monitor the height of the rollers from the Tray.

OPTIONAL FEATURES:

MATERIAL - The parts in contact with the Tea can be either Aluminium or Stainless Steel based on demand.

HEATING ELEMENT - To keep the Rollers warm and dry for efficient Extraction of Fibers can be provided on demand.

HOPPER - A Stainless Steel Hopper to feed the Tea uniformly along the width of the Tray can be provided in demand.

MESHES - Individual Meshes to Grade the Tea are available along with the Tray.

ROLLER COUNT - The number of Rollers required can be varied based on Customer Demand.
