SPECIAL DESIGN - FRB FAN is designed in a manner such as to provide the neces-
sary air current required withering the green tea leaves and sustaining the de-moisturi-
zation process with varying gust upto 76000 m3/Hr and Static Pressure of 12.7mm WC.
CASTINGS - Inorder to withstand high heat and high temperature all parts are manufac¬tured with upgraded and Premium Quality Castings and thoroughly cleaned and fettled before assembly.The outer Casing of the Heater is made with high quality MS plates finely insulated and painted to prevent corrosion.Upgraded Pipes and Plates are incorpo¬rated for MS parts and High Tensile Fasteners are used for adherence.All Casting parts excluding Tube Banks and Arch Bars are provided with guarantee.
TUBE BANKS - Special Tube Banks made of High Grade Cast Iron is used to bear high Temperature and the tubes are grooved at the joints to merge with Asbestos rope for effecting sealing.The number of Tube banks vary depending upon the Heater Size.The inner and outer tubes are made of superior quality Cast Iron and Mild Steel respectively for better heat transfer between the tubes.
5 PASS AIR FLOW SYSTEM -The Heater is designed in such a way that the Hot air passes through the tubes 5 times before escaping into the outer Atmosphere for enhanced Thermal Efficiency and the Hot Air Generation Capacity of the Heater.
HEAT GENERATION AND INSULATION -The Heater is designed in a well proportioned manner to arrest heat and attain Instant and Higher Temperatures.A Glass wool insulation for outer MS Casting minimize the heat dissipation to the outer surface. To enhance Insulation the inner surfaces including Front Plates, retaining Bolts are insulated with special Heat Resistant compounds.And Angle Cleats are insulated with Heat Lagging elements.
ECONOMICAL FUEL CONSUMPTION - Due to the entire Heat Efficient setup of the System the Heater exhibits Low Fuel Consuming Performance.
DRAUGHT SYSTEM - Heater is basically designed for Maximum Efficiency and to handle both the induced and Forced air draughts. The Fans are designed with Aerofoil Impeller blades to deliver and exhaust only required quantum of air with reduced power consumption and Inlet Dampers are fixed for superior control.
