KEY FEATURES: RIGID CONSTRUCTION - The machine is fabricated with Special Grade Cast Iron with Heavy-duty wide bodied Pedestals with low height fitted with Dove- Tail forvibration free operation and proper grip of Housings.The housing are sturdy and split-type design. HEAVY DUTY ROLLERS - Dynamically balanced Interchangeable Rollers with larger dia shafts and heavier Bearings are installed for better efficiency and quality of cuts with vibration free performance. MICRO-DIAL - To maintain parallelism between the rollers and to get a Micromesh arrangement a Microdial is fixed at the Slow Speed Roller or even with both the rollers. CONVEYOR BELTS -Conveyor belts made of Food Grade PVC of 3mm thickness with Zero-Tracking facility for zero spilage is used for eliminating Pawl and Rachet arrangement. AUTO DEJAMMING & AUTO TRIPPING SYSTEMS -- Instant Auto Dejamming System is incorporated with each cutting unit to automa- tically dejam the rollers in case of any foreign material entering into the rollers and to avoid major damage to the rollers.This is used to avoid the time lapsed due to restart. Auto -Tripping arrangement is made to stop simultaneously with dejamming of rollers. ROLLER LIFTING ARRANGEMENT - Heavy - duty Centrally positioned Lifting Tackle is installed for easy removal and refitting of rollers. SPIRAL JAW CLUTCH - For easy engaging and disengaging of Conveyor Rollers Spiral Jaw Clutch is provided with Handle for easy and instant operations. BEARINGS & HOUSING -Rollers are attached with Heavy bearings with Hardened and ground Bearing Sleeves for vibration free performance and they are placed in Split - type Housing with Casette type removable cage unit for easy removal.The upper half of the housing is mounted and bolted with the lower half so that the rollers can be changed without disturbing the pedestal positions. HEAVY DUTY GEAR BOX -To drive the roller a heavy duty Gear box with 10:1 ratio is coupled with Motor through Propeller shafts and Universal Couplings.The Gear box is mounted in a separate Pedestals like Motor. MOVING COVER -Moving Cover with Zero-tracking imported PVC Belt fixed on a sturdy and light Frame along with Hydraulic Lifting arrangement is installed. FEED HOPPER -Specially designed Stainless Steel Feed Hopper with Stainless Steel Spreader to control the feed rate is incorporated.A powerful Double row Magnet is attached to eliminate any metal piece from the leave particles. AIR COOLING ARRANGEMENT -A Centrifugal Blower for both Cold or ambient air is used as Air Cooling Arrangement for all Slow Speed Rollers. This reduced the temperature rise and improves the Tea Liquors respectively. OPTIONAL FEATURES: CONTROL PANEL - All Ammeters and Starters for monitoring and control can be fitted onto a Centralised Control Panel. EXTENDED DISCHARGE CONVEYORS - A long Discharge Conveyor to feed directly onto the Ghoogie or into the Conveyor. HIGH EFFECIENCY MOTORS - High Efficiency EFF 1 Motors for increased energy savings and to reduce power consumption. ROLLER CARRYING TROLLEY - A trolley to displace rollers from CTC to other places. |
